brown gate slides towards the left. To your right
as you enter, you will see an Alpha Industries signboard, and the TRC complex. In the second (middle) block of the
Manning Town Flats, climb the staircase to the 2nd
floor. The entrance is the one to your left.
Other land marks on
this side of the road (in the direction facing
Borella and
Bauddhaloka Mawatha), include AAT and CIMA.
There are some who look on the wrong side of
the road, so here is a photo of the
property. The arrow marks the venue for the
